SAFETY IS NUMBER 1 AT STALLION 51
Known as industry leaders in advanced flight training, Stallion 51 Flight Operations and UAT, LLC provide a campus of higher learning for those who want to take their aviation education to a higher level. Their degree of excellence extends to everything Stallion 51/ UAT does, especially regarding safety in their high-performance environment. It has been mandatory at airshows that performers attend extraction safety briefings with CFR and emergency services so they can be prepared to assist in the event of an accident.
On January 20-22, 2026, Stallion 51 and UAT hosted 94 members of the Kissimmee Fire Department in conjunction with their (SMS) Safety Mgmt. Program and conducted hands-on “Extraction Training” so they can be better prepared to assist in an on-site emergency. Each member of the Fire Department was educated on the proper methods of efficiently and safely extracting the flight crew out of the P-51 Mustang, T-6 Texan and L-39 TurboJet. This is the 3rd training session over the past several years that has been conducted at Stallion 51/UAT’s base of operations at the Kissimmee Gateway Airport with more to be scheduled in the future. www.stallion51.com and www.JetUAT.com
